At the beginning of 2021, Jiesheng Robot received an intention from a customer engaged in the automobile industry, who needed Yaskawa welding robot. We learned from the video conference that the customer not only hoped to reduce costs and increase output, but also hoped to create a high-quality environment for their factory and establish their own benign ecological circle. Simulation, we design the 3 d drawings, technical communication on both sides, and finally confirmed seven welding workstation, contains AR2010, welding machine and arc welding robot displacement machine and welding room, according to customer requirements, the deflection is three axis horizontal rotation displacement machine, through the + 180 ° rotating displacement machine, fixed on the deflection of the workpiece to achieve the required welding and assembly point of view. The variable speed function of the positioner can meet customers’ welding speed.
Delivered in mid-June this year, our engineers first installed one of the complete workstations, including mechanical and electrical assembly. Then the parameters of the robot and the location of the fixture for debugging, the final test of the welding effect was praised by customers.
