At the moment the corona epidemic is spreading, while manufacturers are still worrying about labor shortages, some companies have begun to invest in more automated machinery and equipment to solve the problem of relying on labor in production. The application of robots can contribute to the improvement of enterprise production efficiency and work quality, making manufacturing and production tend to be automated and intelligent.
In early 2021, Shanghai Jiesheng Robot received an inquiry from a customer in the automotive industry who needed Yaskawa welding robots. We learned through video conferences that customers not only want to reduce costs and increase output, but also want to build a high-quality factory for their own. Environment and establish a virtuous ecosystem of its own. During the period, we designed 3D simulation drawings, customer conducted technical exchanges with our engineering team, and finally confirmed 7 arc welding workstations, including arc welding robot AR2010, welding machine, positioner and welding room.We degined a three-axis horizontal rotation positioner according to customer requirements, The the workpiece is fixed on the positioner via ±180° flip of the positioner, the workpiece reaches the required welding and assembly angle. The variable speed function of the positioner meets the customer’s welding speed.The project has successfully completed installation and commissioning in August 2021, Shanghai Jiesheng has won the customer’s appreciation, jiesheng will continue to serve our customers well, to provide advice and solutions for customers on the road of automation.

Delivered in mid-July this year, our engineers first installed one of the complete workstations, including mechanical and electrical assembly. The parameters of the robot and the position of the fixture were debugged, and the welding effect of the final test was praised by the customer.
The workstation is an independent working space developed based on a welding robot. It has the following advantages:
