Horizontal one axis positioner adopts private service motor to rotate and complete double station welding with robot. Products that are small in size and welded on one side. Payload 500kg, small footprint, large load, support non-standard customization.
The welding unit operation procedure is: after the human tooling, the positioner rotates 180 degrees for robot welding; at the same time, the parts are taken and installed at station B; at the end of the welding at station A, the robot welding at station B rotates 180 degrees, the parts are taken and installed at station A, and the one-axis positioner welding is repeated.
