Last week, JSR Automation successfully delivered an advanced robotic welding cell project equipped with Yaskawa robots and three-axis horizontal rotary positioners. This delivery not only demonstrated JSR’s automation technical strength in the field of automation, but also further promoted the intelligent upgrade of the customer’s production line.
During the welding process, the seamless cooperation between the Yaskawa robot and the three-axis horizontal rotary positioner achieved precise positioning of the welding part and efficient control of the welding process. The multi-axis rotation function of the positioner enables the workpiece to flexibly adjust the angle during the welding process, ensuring the quality and consistency of each welding point.
This combination significantly speeds up the process and boosts production efficiency.
