There were many companies selling robots, but most of them only had some single parts or accessories of robots. It was not easy to combine them together and make a welding set suitable for the customer company. When the parts welding company found Jiesheng, they knew that JIESHENG was the best choice.
First of all, the customer will provide the drawings, materials, specifications and dimensions of the workpiece, and tell us the work they want the robot to complete. We will provide him with turnkey project – one-stop solution. Over a period of several days, our designers used 3D programming Software to determine the solution with the client.
Secondly, we will reach the project under our own factory, which can determine the completion quality and delivery time. These 4 sets of welding sets include welding robot AR2010, control cabinet, teaching device, welding machine, water-cooled welding gun, water tank, wire feeding device, gun cleaner, position changer, etc. The position changer is produced according to customer requirements of L-type position changer and head and tail frame position changer. After the external shaft of the robot is modified, the command can be connected to the position changer.
After all the production is completed, we assemble and test it, arrange FCL transportation, customers only need to wait at home to receive the welding set, a safe, happy, simple and efficient cooperation.
