Remote teaching device operation function

Remote educator operation refers to the Web browser can read or operate the screen on the educator function. Thus, the control cabinet status can be confirmed by the remote display of the picture of the teacher.

The administrator can determine the login name and password of the user who performs the remote operation, and can determine the access method for the teacher to read/operate separately from the user. The administrator can log in to a maximum of 100 user accounts. In addition, the login user account information can only be modified by the administrator.

This function can be used on the YRC1000 control cabinet.

• Matters needing attention

1、When the remote teaching device is operated at the operating end of the teaching device, the teaching device cannot be operated.

2、Operation in maintenance mode cannot be performed during remote educator operation.

• Application Environment

You are advised to use the remote educator in the following environments. In addition, it is recommended to use the latest version of the browser for more security and comfort.

LAN Interface Settings
1. Switch on the power while pressing the main menu

– Starting Maintenance Mode.

2. Set security to administrative mode

3. Select System from the main menu

– The submenu is displayed.

4. Select [Settings]

– The setup screen is displayed.

5. Select「Optional Functions」

– Display function selection screen.

6. Select「LAN Set the interface」Detailed setting.

–The LAN interface setting screen is displayed.

7. The LAN interface setting screen is displayed. Select IP address (LAN2)

– When the drop-down menu is displayed, select either Manual Settings or DHCP Settings.

8. Select communication parameters that you want to change

– After the IP address (LAN2) is changed to be active, select other communication parameters to be changed.

The drop-down menu becomes selectable.

If you type directly, you can type using the virtual keyboard.

9. Press [Enter]

– The confirmation dialog box is displayed.

10. Choose [Yes]

– After selecting “Yes”, the function selection screen is returned.

11. Turn on the power again

– Start normal mode by powering on the power again.

Login using a user account

Operation rights (Safe Mode) An operation can be performed only when the user is in or above Management Mode.

1. Please select [System Info] – [User Password] from the main menu.

2. When the screen of user password is displayed, move the cursor to “User Name” and press [Select].

3. After the selection list is displayed, move the cursor to “User Login” and press [Select].

4. After the user password login (login/change) screen is displayed, please set the user account as follows. – User Name:

The user name can contain 1 to 16 letters and digits.

–password:

The password contains 4 to 16 digits.

–Remote teaching device operation:

Please select whether you are a user using the remote educator (yes/No).–operate:

Please select the user’s access level (deny/permit).

5. Please press [Enter] or select [Execute].

6. The user account will be logged in.
